What is up with ZBP in Canada?

Hey guys, gotta question about ZBP that I need to ask. I've been tryin' the Canadian Zone By Phone and it's sayin' that the number is not in service. Is somebody workin' on that? Maybe the rest of you or the CL's or admins could answer this question.
